A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef at Finsley Gate Wharf for its brand new opening at the beginning of July 2021. Our multi-functional site featuring beautifully transformed Grade II listed buildings sits on the Leeds to Liverpool canal and will become the place-to-be destination for all. With a stunning bar, café, restaurant and function suite, alongside extraordinary outdoor space, our project combines the delights of delicious foods & drink with exciting entertainment!

As our Head Chef you will:
- Have experience in leading a kitchen team during service in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Understand and uphold all aspects of Food Safety & Hygiene laws and practices
- Be passionate about seeking out, developing and sustaining relationships with local suppliers for the mutual benefit of the businesses
- Be charismatic and confident, able to train, coach and inspire new team members
- Thrive on leading your kitchen team to consistently deliver outstanding food to our guests
- Be creative and enjoy building and exploring new dishes and menus
- Have strong capabilities across all aspects of the kitchen function
- Been adept at researching and identifying growth opportunities
Be capable of generating meaningful reports
